Refund policy

We don’t offer any exchange or returns for our goods, since it's a handmade product business. 

However, an unboxing video can be taken from start to end of the video which is unedited and uncut to claim any missing items from the order, for the same please email the video to [info.shriemagarwal@gmail.com] our team will connect with you with the same and help you with a solution.

Damages and issues
We pack the product to the best of our capabilities, if anything is damaged during transit we won’t be liable for the same. We pack it fully and do a drop test and then ship the products,hence we opt to ship via air mostly rather than surface courier.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We don’t provide any refunds for our products, all these products are made on orders and by artisans and hand, it's not a machine made product hence to provide any refund is unfortunately not possible, however in a rare case scenario if the product is not available at our end and incase you have paid for it our team will themselves reachout and issue a refund for the same.
