Are the products true to size & colour ? What about transit damage ?
- Minor differences in colour, texture, embroidery, or detailing are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects & they may sometimes differ
- Product images are for reference only and may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
- We don't take any liability for transit damage normally in our experience we haven't got any transit damage issues and goods are extremely well packed and are drop checked and sent hence we mostly ship via air to reduce this issue.
When will I get my order? & how many days does it take to ship the order?

- Normally 3-7 working days from date of order confirmation for shipping

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in our studio and factories, nothing is reselling, we are wholesalers, manufacturers and are open for retail sale too
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Based on actuals per kg and via the mode you opt for.
What is the return policy?
Since our products are totally handmade and often customised too we don't offer any exchange or return for our products. However, a complete uncut and unedited unboxing/parcel opening video is needed to claim any missed products from the parcel.On verification by our team and your order we send the missed product back to you.
